We believe patients deserve exceptional care, transparent pricing, and treatment recommendations based on their needs — not insurance limitations.
At Dental Haven, exceptional dentistry starts with clear communication. Every patient receives a personalized treatment plan based on their oral health, goals, and budget. We explain your options, prioritize urgent concerns when needed, and provide transparent pricing so you can make confident decisions about your care.
Insurance & Reimbursement
We work with most private dental insurance plans (PPOs), although we are not directly contracted with insurance companies. This allows us to focus on your care rather than insurance limitations. We submit your insurance claims on your behalf, and any available out-of-network benefits are typically reimbursed directly to you.
Coverage Limitations
Some plans, including many HMO, Medicare, and Medicaid plans, do not include out-of-network benefits. Please send us your insurance information before your first appointment so we can verify your coverage. If your plan does not include out-of-network benefits, we'll gladly discuss other options to help make your care more accessible.
Membership
No dental insurance? No problem. Our membership plans provide preventive care, treatment discounts, and predictable costs—without many of the limitations of traditional dental insurance.
Typical Treatment Fees.
At Dental Haven, we believe in transparent pricing. The fees below represent typical price ranges for common procedures at our office and are intended to help you understand what to expect.
Because every patient is different, an examination is required before we can provide an exact treatment plan and fee. Costs vary depending on the tooth being treated, the complexity of the procedure, and the materials used. You'll always receive the exact cost before treatment begins, and you'll only be charged for the care that is performed.
Comprehensive Exam with X-Rays
$190-$380
Every new patient begins with a comprehensive exam. We only take X-rays that are clinically necessary, and the upper end of the fee range reflects a complete diagnostic series that may include bitewing, panoramic, and periapical (PA) X-rays. We proudly offer some of the lowest diagnostic X-ray fees in the region because we believe cost should never be a barrier to an accurate diagnosis. If you have X-rays from the past 6 months, please have them emailed to our office before your appointment. If they are diagnostically adequate, they may eliminate the need for new X-rays, reducing the exam fee to $150. Applicable Promotion: 50% off the cost shown above (see Specials below for details)→ Learn More about Preventative Care
Regular Cleaning
$150
Most new patients can have their cleaning completed during their first visit. However, a comprehensive exam is needed for new patients to determine that your gums are healthy, that no periodontal treatment is needed, and that there are no urgent dental concerns requiring priority treatment. Applicable Promotion: 50% off the cost shown above (see Specials below for details)→ Learn More about Preventative Care
Emergency Exam
$120
For patients with pain, discomfort, broken teeth, loose teeth, or other urgent dental concerns. The visit includes a focused evaluation of the problem, a diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. X-rays are done as clinically necessary and charged separately. If the issue is treated during the same visit (for example, an extraction), the emergency exam fee is usually waived. → Learn More about Emergency Care
Fillings
$200–$490
We primarily use tooth-colored composite fillings for a natural-looking restoration. The fee varies depending on the size of the filling and whether an existing filling needs to be replaced.→ Learn More about Restorative Care
Extractions
$150–$450
Extractions are recommended when a tooth cannot be predictably saved or when removal is the best option for your oral health. Fees vary depending on the tooth and the complexity of the procedure. More complex cases, such as impacted wisdom teeth, may be referred to a trusted oral surgeon. Tooth replacement options, such as implants, bridges, or partial dentures, are available if needed.→ Learn More about Restorative Care
Dental Crowns
$1200-$1800
Most crowns are completed over two visits. The first visit prepares the tooth and takes impressions or a digital scan, while the second visit places the final custom-made crown. Fees vary depending on the tooth being treated, the material selected, and the complexity of the restoration.→ Learn More about Restorative Care
Root Canal Treatment
$1000-$2000
Root canal treatment removes infection from inside the tooth while preserving your natural tooth whenever possible. Treatment is typically completed over one or more visits, depending on the tooth and the complexity of the case. Many teeth also require a crown afterward for long-term protection, which is a separate fee. Complex or retreatment cases may be referred to a trusted endodontic specialist.→ Learn More about Restorative Care
Dental Implant (Complete Treatment)
$3000-$7000
The price shown represents the typical total cost of replacing one missing tooth with a dental implant, including both the surgical and restorative phases. We partner with highly experienced local oral surgeons for the implant placement, while Dr. Matos completes the custom restoration at Dental Haven. The surgical fee is determined by the treating surgeon but is included in this estimated range. The lower end of the range applies to simpler atypical cases in which additional procedures, such as bone grafting or other preparatory treatments, may not be required.→ Learn More about Implants
Whitening (Take Home)
Starting at $90
Our professional take-home whitening kits provide a safe and effective way to brighten your smile at home. While similar products are available over the counter, our kits use professional-grade materials and are customized to your needs. We recommend a dental exam before whitening to ensure there are no cavities, cracked teeth, or other conditions that could cause sensitivity or affect your results.→ Learn More about Whitening
Whitening (In-Office)
$500-$1000
In-office whitening provides the fastest and most dramatic results. It uses professional-strength whitening agents under the supervision of Dr. Matos and can achieve in a single visit what may require multiple take-home treatments. A dental exam is required beforehand to ensure whitening is appropriate for your teeth. Applicable Promotion: 50% off the cost shown above (see Specials below for details)→ Learn More about Whitening
Botulinum Toxin ("Botox")
$13-$16 per unit
Botulinum toxin treatment is customized for each patient based on the areas to be treated and the desired result. Many treatments use approximately 25–60 units, although smaller or larger amounts may be appropriate depending on the individual. For reference, a lighter maintenance treatment may use around 25 units, while treating multiple areas or more pronounced wrinkles could use around 60 units. Your recommended number of units and total cost will always be discussed before treatment.→ Learn More about Botox Treatments
Veneers
$1200-$1800
Dental veneers are thin porcelain restorations designed to improve the shape, color, size, and overall appearance of your smile. The fee varies depending on the tooth being treated and the veneer material (e.g., porcelain or resin).→ Learn More about Restorative Care
Clear Aligners (Orthodontic Treatment)
Up to $7000
Clear aligners are a discreet way to straighten your teeth and improve your bite. At Dental Haven, we treat mild to moderate orthodontic cases. Your consultation is complimentary and can often be completed during your new patient visit. The fee shown reflects the upper end of the typical treatment range, with many cases costing less. Applicable Promotion: 50% off the cost shown above (see Specials below for details)→ Learn More about Clear Aligners

Financing.
Making high-quality care more accessible.
We understand that quality dental care can sometimes be an unexpected expense, and healthcare costs can be challenging. While we’re unable to offer financing directly through our office, we’ve partnered with CareCredit to provide flexible financing options that can help make treatment or membership plans more manageable.
Depending on the amount financed, options may include 6, 12, 18, or 24 months with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period, as well as extended payment options for up to 5 years.
Financing can also be helpful for patients with dental insurance. While insurance can help with costs, major treatments often exceed annual coverage limits. Even when insurance provides reimbursement, the upfront cost of treatment can be difficult to cover while waiting for that reimbursement. Financing can help bridge that gap so you can move forward with the care you need without compromising on quality.
Our team can also assist you with the CareCredit application during your visit. We’ll help you through the application process and review the available options with you before anything is finalized.
