Your healthiest smile shouldn’t depend on confusing insurance rules. At Dental Haven, we focus on exceptional care through open communication, transparent pricing, and flexible options that help patients receive the treatment they need.

Your health and comfort always come first. We take the time to explain your options clearly before treatment begins so you can make confident decisions about your care.

Treatment

With or without insurance, we encourage you to come in and talk with us. We start by understanding your oral health needs and then work together to create a plan that fits your goals.

This may mean addressing urgent concerns first, planning treatment in stages, or discussing flexible options that help make care achievable for your budget.

Insurance

If you have dental insurance, great — we work with most Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans. As a private practice, we are typically considered out-of-network, which allows us to provide high-quality care while focusing on what’s best for your health rather than the limitations set by insurance companies.

Costs & Reimbursement

If you have allowable benefits with a PPO dental insurance plan, we can work with your plan. We collect our office fees at the time of service and handle all insurance paperwork on your behalf, so any available benefits are sent directly to you as reimbursement. 
This fee-for-service model allows us to focus on quality of care and the time we spend with each patient rather than insurance restrictions.

Membership

If you don’t have dental insurance, no worries — many of our patients do not.
We offer membership plans designed to make care more affordable, with benefits and discounts that apply across many types of treatment. Many patients find that they offer flexibility that traditional insurance plans do not (see more details below).

Plan Limitations

Some plans — such as Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Medicare, and Medicaid — typically do not include out-of-network benefits and usually cannot be used at private practices like ours.
