What is included?
Yearly preventative care for the Child and Adult plans:
● Two Doctor Exams● Two Hygiene Cleanings● All Necessary X-Rays● One Emergency Visit● Oral Cancer Screenings
Aesthetic plan:
● Four Doctor Visits per Year● 100 units per Year (up to 25 per Visit)● 15% Savings on All Additional units● 15% Savings on All Dental Cosmetic Procedures
What is a unit?
A "Botox" unit is a standardized measurement of the medication's biological activity and potency. It indicates the amount of product used; the number of units needed varies with the treatment area, muscle strength, and desired results. See our Botox page for more details.
What If I Need a Different Type of Cleaning?
Your membership includes routine cleanings when they are appropriate for your dental health. If your examination shows that you need treatment for gum disease or another type of cleaning, we'll explain the findings, recommended care, and any additional cost before proceeding.
What If I Need Additional Dental Treatment?
Membership covers the preventive services listed in your plan. Fillings, crowns, gum treatment, and other procedures are not automatically included in the annual fee. Members receive 15% savings on eligible additional treatment. We'll explain the recommended care, applicable savings, and expected cost before treatment.
Can I Have Membership and Dental Insurance?
Yes, you can. Our team can explain the membership terms and how they apply to your situation. Membership fees or procedures included in the memberships will not have insurance coverage.
