Dr. Stefane Matos earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a graduate certificate in Modern Biological Sciences from Rhode Island College. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Rhode Island Dental Association.
Dr. Matos is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and believes in educating patients to help them make informed decisions about their oral health. She emphasizes prevention and takes a gentle, personalized approach to help patients feel comfortable while achieving healthy, confident smiles. She remains committed to clinical excellence through ongoing continuing education and hands-on training, ensuring her patients receive modern, evidence-based care.
Dr. Matos grew up in the area and spent her summers at the beaches in Middletown, making it especially meaningful for her to care for patients in the community she has long called home. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring forest trails, visiting Middletown’s 2nd and 3rd beaches, and giving back to the community whenever she can.
