Receiving your clear aligners is just the beginning of your smile transformation. At Dental Haven, we continue to follow your progress closely throughout your treatment. Dr. Matos will monitor how your teeth are moving and schedule check-in visits as needed to ensure everything is progressing as planned. These visits allow us to confirm that your aligners are fitting properly, answer any questions, and make adjustments if necessary.
We remain involved throughout the entire process — from your first aligner to your final results — so you always have professional guidance and support along the way.

Are clear aligners noticeable?
Not relative to traditional braces. The trays are made from transparent plastic and are designed to be hard to notice.
Can I eat with aligners?
Aligners should be removed before eating, allowing you to enjoy your normal diet without restrictions.
Will aligners affect brushing or flossing?
No. Since aligners are removable, you can brush and floss normally.
How often do I need to wear them?
For best results, aligners should be worn about 22 hours per day.
